Beyond her knowledge, and she knows the East Hampton market very well, she pays attention to what you are looking for, doesn't waste your time looking at properties you won't be interested in, and doesn't exert pressure on you. She wants you to be very happy with your selection, whether it's sales or rental. She has enormous integrity, and we always felt that she offered honest opinions regarding housing prices, location, and quality.
